Chef Fabio Viviani, famed for his run on Top Chef, is bringing fresh energy to Summerlin with the opening of Ai Pazzi at the beautifully revamped JW Marriott Las Vegas.

Set to debut July 3, 2025, Ai Pazzi promises an inviting Italian dining experience, blending traditional flavors with a modern touch.

The menu reflects Viviani’s passion for authenticity, featuring standout dishes like the signature Wagyu Meatball, Short Rib Agnolotti with black truffle, and a towering 32-ounce Bistecca alla Fiorentina.

Guests can sip on handcrafted cocktails—try the Montenegro Nights or refreshing Sicilian Sunset—in a setting that merges Mediterranean charm with sleek Vegas style.

This grand opening is part of a $75 million property transformation, positioning JW Marriott as Summerlin’s new culinary hotspot.

Viviani’s ongoing partnership will also soon add Ai Pazzi Pizza and Pearls Oyster Bar, further enriching the local dining scene.

Las Vegas is inviting artists to design an eco-friendly tile mural for Centennial Hills Park, aiming to highlight sustainability through public art.

This opportunity, offered under the Percent for the Arts Program, includes a $30,000 budget that supports design and installation.

The new mural will be showcased on the restroom wall near Centennial Hills Library, bringing vibrant, green-themed artwork to a popular park spot.

Eligible applicants must be at least 18 years old, excluding current city employees.

Submissions are open online until September 25, 2025.
